Every aspect of my experience and the quality of repair and service to my car would have received a 5 star rating if not for the terrible customer service I received when I arrived to pick up my car. Apparently my service agent was on a break and absolutely no one wanted to help me. Finally, after he asked everyone in sight, an employee retrieved my car in a literal huff. There was no thank you, no demonstration of what was repaired, nothing. Next time, I'll drive to McKinney.

It would have been nice , if the person "delivering" the car to the driveway , had come in and announced that my car was ready to leave , and not left the engine running without anyone attending to the car. I have no Idea how long it was in the driveway. Unfortunately, there are a LOT of WHITE cars in the driveway. How is one to know?
