Service was excellent as always. Loaners require a payment now which I feel is unfair do the amount it cost to take vehicle in for service.

Not sure how I rate, because when I went to pick up my car it was smoking so bad I had to immediately return. Then I left my car for another full day with the explanation the tech had overfilled my oil into the overflow valve(?) and therefore the smoking problem. They provided a loaner and the car was returned in two days, but seems a bit inept that Mercedes techs can't change the oil in a vehicle correctly???
