Check brake pad light came on my Mercedes AMG SUV. Made the mistake of going to a local shop for an estimate. They told me I needed all 4 brake pads and rotors replaced - $2,400. I called Chad at MB Plano - he told me based on their latest inspection of my vehicle - probably only needed rear pads - and that's exactly what was needed - saving thousands of dollars of course. Excellent and honest service at Mercedes Benz Plano.

Jobs were done properly. Nothing special . I could have done same services at a cheaper price at a regular but reputed shop who often offers instant discount. I got a notice for a recall last week. I requested an appoiontment online through chat. Nobody responded as of now.
