I have always had a great purchasing and service experience at this location. My recent trip into service was a little bit high-pressure, and it appears the service scheduled was something I signed for, but not exactly needed. I asked at the last minute to be reduced to the basic service needed, and it was already too late. However, the tactics used in the "oh you don't need the less expensive and basic service" type concept was not appreciated.
