I went in to have service done on my 2018 Benz and despite the fact that I left it overnight, my car was not thoroughly thoroughly cleaned on the outside.

The service was very well done. They pointed out another almost $2500 that should be done. I will consider them at a later time. I hope this time I keep the service advisor?? I got emails from service about my brakes. I didnt mention that, but had them perform state inspection. My brakes must have passed.

I have shared my feedback about my service experience three times now to various surveys, this being the third. You might think with a rating of 3/5, we would have received a call from the service manager at this point.
