Tony Young is now my service contact person. He is very detail oriented and made sure that all the things we talked about got done. This has not been the way MB worked in my past visits. He kept in touch with me with service updates and extras I asked for. He is a good example of what a service person in his capacity should do. As a side note, I have a back injury that prevents me at times from walking long distances and he recognized that and helped me with my situation. He deserves an atta boy several times over.
