The service approach changed since last time and not necessarily in a positive way. My main problem that I left voicemail, sent text messages, but no call-back or response. It was not even easy to schedule an appointment as result of these, not to mention that i scheduled an appointment (7:30am) and they didnt touch the car on the same day that i got informed once i went to pick up the car (4:45pm).Same thing after service when I tried to understand what happened with the car.
