EXCELLLENT EXPERIENCE Mercedes Benz of West Chester is by far the best Mercedes Benz dealership in every way- price, sales process and friendly atmosphere. My visit and consequential purchase of my 2015 C 400 was the best and easiest car buying experience I ever had, thanks to sales Associate Will Jones who made the process comfortable, quick and easy. I was impressed by Will Jones salesmanship and attention to detail. I love my new car and would highly recommend the dealership and salesman Will Jones without reservation.

Exceptional Experience I just purchased an ML 350 for my wife for Christmas and the experience was truly wonderful. The process was smooth, easy, and relaxing. There was never a sales pitch, or any pressure. I felt like they wanted a long term relationship. Outstanding Effort By All Charlie and Tom were outstandinig in assisting in locating and procuring a replacement mercedes after our other car met an untimely demise. Customer oriented end to end. I am a customer of the West Chester Mercedes since it opened 10 years ago. The staff is very knowledgeable, are alway responsive and go the extra mile to help you. The service department will only recommend you service that make sense, find the best cost options and will put your interests first. I have not seen that anywhere else. Overall i trust this dealer and i will always go here for cars and service.

Once again into the Breech The service department is one of the very best I have ever worked with in my 50+years of purchasing cars. The team is great and very helpful at all times. The sales department, this is the first time I have met Chip and enjoyed the interaction with him. He was very helpful and professional at the same time. Jason, I have been dealing with since the dealership opened, and previous to that with the service department when they were in Forest Park. Again very professional.

A very good day Fond the vehicle on line. Contacted and made an appointment on line. Drove 80 miles to West Chester on hope the vehicle was what they said on line.
