After another company lied to me and then tried to trap me into going with them on my transport I called Joel at Mercury. I was not charged a deposit nor did I have to sign a contract that was designed from the beginning to screw the customer. He found a driver for a little more than the quote but it was still cheaper than my quotes from other companies. Having searched the internet for car shippers that had covered trucks, I came across Jim Gozde at Mercury Auto Transport. Jim is perhaps the most professional business person I have ever dealt with. He kept me constantly in the loop as we got closer to my pick up date for my 2002 Corvette. I needed the car shipped from NJ to SC. Great Company! Jim Gozde made the process of transporting my vehicle effortless. I didn’t have a timeline for pick up or delivery. I wasn’t in a rush for my delivery. He posted my car and within 3 days it was in transit. Jim explained the process and that removed the mystery of the industry. I would definitely use Mercury in the future.

I called Mercury after 2 other companies basically left me hanging on the loop & one faked to be a company they weren't, I spoke to Jim who was extremely helpful and got my car shipped within 2-3days. Very professional, as this process can be scary because you don't know what to expect from some carriers. My vehicle arrived within a week from FL-CA. I would definitely use this company again.
Mercury arranged to have my 50th anniversary edition Mustang picked up by Mason's Auto Transport out of Rockford, IL and shipped from Peoria, IL to Jacksonville,FL. Jim was extremely helpful and the car arrived in absolutely perfect condition. The driver even drove the car for about half a mile and walked back to the truck (he called to make sure it was ok first) because he couldn't get his transport into the tight area for the drop. I highly recommend Jim and this transport service!
