RecommendedWe shipped a car from New Mexico to Florida. Due to covid, it took a little bit of time to find a carrier. Deb Ciriello was great! She texted and emailed me daily updates and assured me that my transport would be done in the time frame I provided. After a carrier was located, the transport was done and in a very smooth and timely manner. We are happy with the experience and would use them again.
Used Mercury Auto to move my car from CO to CA. Representative Alex was great at communicating with me daily until pick up. He was able to get my car picked up at the desired time. I did have to pay a bit more, but the quote was spot on, even with the extra cost they were still cheaper than any other transporter. Had my car shipped from California to Texas with no problem and had it delivered a DAY early which was awesome! James Acosta helped me out and filled me in daily with updates about finding a carrier and was such a nice dude, i wanna give a shout out to the carrier delivery guy Marco who was such a chill funny dude and would definitely recommend Mercury to anyone who is trying to ship there car!
I contacted Mercury Auto to transport a vehicle from NV to OH. Trevor Thomas was my contact person. He did an amazing job of keeping me updated daily with texts/ emails. It took a about a month to contract with a driver (primarily due to COVID-19) but once the driver committed to transporting our vehicle, the process happened quickly and the vehicle was picked up and delivered as promised with no damage or issue.
