Had my car shipped from California to Texas with no problem and had it delivered a DAY early which was awesome! James Acosta helped me out and filled me in daily with updates about finding a carrier and was such a nice dude, i wanna give a shout out to the carrier delivery guy Marco who was such a chill funny dude and would definitely recommend Mercury to anyone who is trying to ship there car!
I contacted Mercury Auto to transport a vehicle from NV to OH. Trevor Thomas was my contact person. He did an amazing job of keeping me updated daily with texts/ emails. It took a about a month to contract with a driver (primarily due to COVID-19) but once the driver committed to transporting our vehicle, the process happened quickly and the vehicle was picked up and delivered as promised with no damage or issue. My representative from Mercury, Carol, was very attentive and contacted me daily to let me know what the status of the transport of my car was. Although the window of time for the transport was missed, and the actual transport was delayed, I know she did her best to find someone to carry my car from Fla to Mass.
