This has been a horrible experience. Drew Rightnour is very unresponsive. He set me up with Made to Haul LLC as my transporter. This company missed their pick up window and when I call them they place you on hold and never return. A guy who said he was the owner spoke to me and guaranteed the driver would be arriving within the hour, that never happened. Now no one will answer at the contact number I was given. I’ve reached out to Drew SEVERAL times and he NEVER answers. Very sketchy and shady way of doing business.
MERCURY REFUSES TO RETURN CALLS OR TEXTS: The order form requires Credit Card info in order to complete -- which makes sense. However, despite using my CC for a number of other items, Mercury's form doesnt accept my CC info. Worse, despite leaving a number of messages and texting, NO ONE from the company has enough professionalism to write or call back to straighten out the problem. Definitely not what I expect from professionals.
Complete disaster. Paid themselves for dispatching a carrier who never showed up. After 3 more cancelled carriers, extending my wait for the vehicle to be delivered, I ultimately picked up the vehicle myself. During the wait for delivery I also caught covid. Save yourself the expense and aggravation and go somewhere else
communication is very poor. I have had dozens of emails text and phone calls with Scott and could not get my vehicle shipped nor could I recover my deposit after the shipping date had passed and I had to get other transportation. there is nothing other than the claim from Scott that this is not a scam to make me believe that I have not been scammed... so it is probably a scam
worst company ever to try and transport a vehicle.. do not use them you've been warned
0 out of 5 stars ! they were to haul my truck 200 miles, everyday was told "it will be anytime now" The truck was accruing storage each day, And while in the storage lot, the catalytic converter was stolen.
Horrible Experience!! Very Rude! I inquired about a transport online and immediately began receiving texts, emails and calls from various transport companies. THIS transport company sent an email warning of all the things to be on the lookout for as if they’re the only company that won’t scam you. I went with them. RECEIVED QUOTES FROM DIFFERENT COMPANIES TO SHIP A PICKUP, 2 WEEKS AFTER THE TRUCK WAS SHIPPED THIS COMPANY CONTINUES TO SEND EMAILS, I ASKED THEM TO STOP SENDING EMAILS BECAUSE THE TRUCK HAD BEEN SHIPPED AND RICHARD NIETO SENT 6 EMAILS WITHIN AN HOUR BLASTING MY INBOX! TWO DAYS LATER HE SENT 2 MORE AND I SENT A EMAIL BACK TELLING HIM TO GET F**KED AND OF COURSE, HE SENDS ANOTHER!! WHAT A PATHETIC EXCUSE FOR A COMPANY!!! DO NOT DEAL WITH THESE MORONS!!
I was sent a quote saying my transport would be a certain amount. The day before the pick up, I was notified that the only carrier available wanted $175 more but that they would be able to get my car to my destination (from Texas to Washington) within a few days. I agreed to the terms and my car was picked up. On the day my car was supposed to arrive, I called the driver to see when I could expect the delivery.
