I set up the order, waited for the arrangements, and never got a response from Kandy Kelly after ten days, three emails, and five phone messages. I did get plenty of spam from their computer. Do NOT recommend.
I do not recommend! Spencer Thomas had my information to transport my car from NC to FL and every time he replied to me it was with an automated message via text or email! Barely returned my calls, it’s been over 2 weeks and nothing! The lack of communication has been awful!!
I DO NOT RECOMMEND this business!!This guy promised a transfer of our Jeep and has been lined up for the job for a month. Completely flaked out and will not return calls. We need our Jeep in Texas by Monday in order for my son to start work with the fire department. I do NOT recommend Mercury Transport
Contacted multiple times and never got a call back, after deciding based on the website and BBB rating that they were the best choice out of 10 companies. Multiple text, phone calls and couldn't get anyone to respond or answer a phone. Web presence was great, but no one to respond. So just went with my second choice. Sorry... But you have to pick up the phone or respond by text if you want my business. Very disappointed.
They are 3 days late on the estimated date of pickup if my vehicle for a cross country move, and ZERO communication about any information. Never ever would use their services again, unless I wanted to invite stress in my life.
RecommendedWhen I placed an “ad” on the internet, I got probably a dozen replies with a wide range of quotes, $790 to over $1000. Most wanted me to fill out an online form and give a credit card number. Rachel Nelson, from Mercury, was different. She sent a long email detailing how the process worked and said never to give a credit card UNTIL the broker had a truck carrier ready to pick up. I didn’t even make it through the quote stage with these guys. They emailed me a quote that was much less than the other offers I received. (Should have been a red flag). I accepted their offer and booked. They contacted me the next day and said they’re just a broker and that price doesn’t mean anything until they find a truck. I don’t recommend them at all. It’s been almost over a week now and my car still hasn’t been picked up. I’ve already put down a deposit for my car, and nothing is even close to even being in progress. So now they have my money, and nothing is being done. Send my money back and I’ll find someone else to do the job 😡. My thing is why would you call the customer for approval to pick up they car? Just go get it, that’s what I paid for in the first place 🤦♀️.
Our agent Joel Licata was TERRIBLE!! WORSE PERSON TO DEAL WITH!! He is completely rude and does not care about you or his reputation. Only cares about getting paid. We would not recommend this company if you have to deal with Joel!
