Did not deliver, they could not deliver our vehicle from Florida to Seattle WA. We had to drive it there ourselves because they could not provide transport. If they tell you not to worry, don't believe them. They don't actually transport anything. They rely on individual transport companies to do so. If they cant find someone to transport you vehicle, then it will just sit in your driveway. I don't recommend them if you need to transport to the west coast.

They're quick to answer the phone and take your money but once they have it no one wants to return your phone call. Terrible terrible customer service. I would find another company.

If I could give them zero or negative star, I would. Left us high and dry. When it came time to leave, and I still hadn't heard from them, we had to cancel our airline tickets, pay the airline cancellation fee, and start driving. Ended up costing us money. BEWARE.

Only deal with them if you want your car lost, terrible customer service, they will block your number so you can't get a hold of them, they lie about everything.

It's my first time shipping a car and called many companies to get quotes, info, etc. I was going to book with Mercury Auto Transport, but the second call I had with them did not go well at all. We were rudely hung up on and completely dismissed. I understand that you have a business to run, but you should also understand where your customer is coming from. I had a good review for this company a month ago when they helped me ship my car across country. However, when I had a second car to ship. Nothing got done. I must admit I was a little confusing on dates and my need for my car up to a certain point but when it came to finding a transport company-- the lady helping me said "we had to wait for companies to call" it doesn't work if we call them.
