CiCi provided excellent customer service from start to finish. I received my quote months in advance and I appreciate CiCi for honoring it. She was very helpful in providing a date, 1 date was so quick it was too soon. She didn’t become discouraged as my requested date drew near and kept me updated daily. I contacted Mercury Auto Transport with almost a rush auto pick up because I waited a week for Nexus Auto Transport and they called me every day with an excuse of why they couldn’t pick my car up. Mercury Auto picked my car up the same day I talked to them. The process was easy and they stayed in touch with me throughout the process.
