I visited this facility I was very impressed with Meridian at Chino. I like them. The facility is beautiful. The rooms are spacious and nice. The staff is very nice and friendly. Stacey, the director, was so knowledgeable and helpful. She's willing to work with families to place your parents there. If you have trouble with finances, they have some type of program that will assist families, so there won't be a financial burden on them, which I found great. They were wonderful. I am a friend or relative of a current/past resident My mother-in-law is a resident of Meridian at Chino. It was fairly affordable. It's clean. The people seemed nice and caring, and even with memory care, my mother-in-law seemed happy there. It's an older community. Sometimes they'll take them out for a drive, arts and crafts, singing, and exercise.

I visited this facility Meridian at Chino looked beautiful and very clean. It didn't smell. The people were very, very friendly, and they had elevators. I was informed that the third floor had to be for people who were not in walkers or wheelchairs because of evacuation concerns. That was very prudent. Tori was very friendly and very efficient. I visited this facility Pacifica Senior Living Hillsborough was very nice. Tammy, who was the person who spoke to us and gave us a tour, was very warm and very caring and had a lot of patience to answer our questions, and we felt very welcome. The units were beautiful. We saw about three units, and we were very impressed with them. We checked the dining room area, but we didn't try their food. I visited this facility Pacifica Senior Living Hillsborough was a beautiful facility. It's a larger facility. Mom felt really comfortable touring there with me. She liked the staff members. They have a wonderful facility. They were just limited when it came to furnishing. I would have to purchase furniture and have it brought into their facility. We weren't rushed at all. I visited this facility I did take a tour of Pacifica Senior Living Hillsborough, and it was pretty good but it wasn't exactly what I was looking for, specifically for my mom's needs. Overall, it was not a bad place. It was clean and the room was nice. I was impressed with the room. It was a second-floor room, the one they had available, and everything looked pretty clean. I am a friend or relative of a current/past resident My uncle has moved into Pacifica Senior Living Hillsborough. They were very thorough and accommodating. The staff are very nice and very attentive. The rooms are clean, up-to-date, and modern. They gave us everything we were looking for in a room. I saw activities there. I visited this facility Pacifica Senior Living Hillsborough was the one that I liked the most. It was very, very nice. The staff I met were very friendly and very nice. The unit I saw was very clean and very nice. Their food looked good. I tried some of their cookies. The common areas were very clean and very nice. They had a library and a pool table. I was very impressed with the stuff that they had.

I visited this facility When we went to see Pacifica Senior Living Hillsborough, we were on time for the tour, but the lady we were meeting with was a little bit late. It was very busy there. There were a whole bunch of people in the front lobby - different maintenance people and different visitors with a bunch of dogs here and there.
