Good prices for area. Didnt like the fact that i couldn't get the floor plan i wanted in the community i wanted... Apparently they gave to sell all homes on the other community. This is after sales oerson showed me map with homea already sold and those available in the community i wanted to get my new home. Went from$ 230,000 floor plan to a $251,990 floor plan .... If i wanted it oit told that peices would fo up maybe twice on everything.
