When we purchased our home, we learned that the previous owners had Mermaid Water install a water treatment and purification system, as well as the hot water heater. We have never had a home with well/septic or treatment/purification system. Mermaid Water responded quickly to come out and test our water. The lab results indicated that the water was not safe to drink but Mermaid Water was quick to offer solutions and install the system. The water is now clean and safe to drink again, and the quality of work performed by Jay was fantastic. This company should be your choice if you want honest, knowledgeable, transparent, and friendly service!

Brent and Matchett arrived exactly when scheduled and provided excellent service. The system was stuck in backwash mode and they fixed the issue promptly. Additionally they checked the water main for any additional leaks and in doing so, discovered we had constant water running through two of the upstairs toilets. They didn't have to perform this extra check as part of their service but did so anyway and will ultimately save our family on the water bill. Thanks again Mermaid Systems!

He is thorough in his assessment process Informs the customer of findings and recommendations with pros/cons to allow the client make an inform decision. As retired U.S. Engineer Officer, the young man deaths of knowledge of processes in the industry. Having only been in the industry a short period, he performs like a seasoned professional- impressed.
