Very good and helpful This was our second time using Metro Flooring. The first time we used them was about ten years ago. I appreciate their family type atmosphere, it is easy to order, and David is knowledgeable and helpful.

Affordable and great to work with. We were very happy with Metro Flooring. The sales guy was great. The customer service was efficient. He came out the next day to measure. The product came in as they promised so the timing was good.

They did a very good job on the flooring. They came when they said they would come, and they actually brought a double team and did the job in one day instead of two. They got it done promptly. The only downside was there were a few marks on the entryway, they moved all of our furniture out which we weren't really expecting, but we were repainting anyway so it was alright. The floor looks great, we've gotten a lot of compliments on it.

Bottom line, no complaint. Metro Flooring helped me with a carpeting project and everything was fine. The only thing that could improve is their access to samples. I could not bring home some samples, even though I would have brought them right back, and that seemed silly to me.

It was a nice experience Metro Flooring installed carpet throughout my house. They did a very nice job. I had different people prepare the floors for the installation, and Metro Flooring couldn't come in until the floors were ready. Overall, they were very accommodating with the scheduling. They did a great job and their people were all pleasant. I really like my carpet. Although, it's a light color and I think it will get dirty easily.

Extremely helpful and very professional We have used Metro Flooring on two different occasions. They tiled and carpeted our home when we first moved in. Now, fourteen years later, they recarpeted our home. On both occasions, the people in the store were very helpful and the installers were fabulous.
