Great service from beginning to end! John Miller was extremely professional and demonstrated real talent in helping me to find the right carpet for our home. He brought multiple samples on two separate visits... and made sure we were happy with our selection. He also gave us a great price! The installers were professional, efficient and made the whole process go smoothly. I will certainly recommend Metro to others.
Great service, helpful and fun from the start to finish. Not being sure of what we wanted relative to tiles, Michael Griffin showed incredible patience. Flooring for Rental Upgrade & Rugs for Our House Dennis did a great job at helping my wife and I find the right slate for the entryway and great looking carpeting for the entire rental.
Excellent service and product My wife and I did extensive shopping and price comparing with quality in mind. We settled on Metro after multiple other store and online visits, and the original flooring we ordered was unavailable, but we got a better quality for the same price and are definitely happier with this than our initial choice. Great Job! Due to a slab leak, working with our insurance company we had part of our wood floors replaced and the remainder sanded and refinished. Unfortunately, the new floors and old floors did not coexist and we had to start all over again. At that time we contacted Metro. Bruce and his team did a great job of guiding us through what needed to be done, worked with our insurance company, performed necessary tests, removed all old flooring, applied proper sealer and installed new flooring.
