I was happy. I went in looking for a very specific color, and I was also looking around at other places for comparison shopping. Metro Flooring had the one I wanted and within my price range. We had a little snafu when it came to the ordering, there was a delay at the factory. I had wanted to get the carpet in before the furniture because I was moving, but they said they would take care of moving everything. The guys that came out were great, they moved the furniture and did a nice job on the installation.

I recommend them highly. Metro Flooring changed the flooring on the first floor of our new house. Their installers were professional and did a quality job.

Quick, clean, and a great service. Metro Flooring came in and finished the installation fast. They were nice and clean. They did a great job. We had a small problem with the corner of a carpet and they fixed it immediately. I have absolutely no complaints. They were fabulous.

I received excellent service and quality work from David at Metro Flooring. My service rep David was very helpful and knowledgeable about all the different types of carpet abd hardwood for my home. We had all the carpet and flooring replaced so it was a big job to handle. He made sure I was comfortable and satisfied with the entire service process and follow up. Outstanding service, great product, and top quality installation. We hired Metro Flooring to help us get new floors after a flood destroyed our old ones. We worked primarily with Bruce and found him to be extremely helpful. He gave us great suggestions and came to the house to measure and bring samples. The installers were excellent. They were very professional and did an excellent job. We were satisfied with the entire experience.

Very good and helpful This was our second time using Metro Flooring. The first time we used them was about ten years ago. I appreciate their family type atmosphere, it is easy to order, and David is knowledgeable and helpful.

Affordable and great to work with. We were very happy with Metro Flooring. The sales guy was great. The customer service was efficient. He came out the next day to measure. The product came in as they promised so the timing was good.
