The suites are nice. But the first night we had an unexpected guest. There was a huge water bug in our room which scared the crap out of me and I pulled a leg muscle trying to get away. Also, the tv in the bedroom wasn’t working initially but they sent someone to fix it. The phones do not work, but staff stated they were in the process of changing phone companies or getting rid of the phones completely so you have to call the front desk from your cell. Es un hotel restaurado con algunas faltas. Piso Desnivelado con peligro de tropiezo, baño deja mucho que desear como un solo colgador toallas, piso peligrosamente resfaladizo en ducha y sin manilla para afirmarse. Vista feísima. Lo demás perfecto cocina, aseo, limpieza, luminoso, y muy buena ubicación, personal perfect.
The staff was friendly and helpful they really made my stay enjoyable , clean rooms, great location. The only cons are they don’t have a pool on site and no fitness center. I would definitely stay here again though as it is so close to the beach. Thank you Becky and Gregory (front desk agents) for the wonderful hospitality, just plain going above and beyond.
The room is more beautiful than I expected...although the pull out bed was just a folded down chair. Other then that the property is beautiful and worth the money.
The room whats in good condition and very clean but the construction outside of my window was unexpected at 8am to 12pm ask to move to during check in and wasnt accommodated
