Staff upgraded us to a suite which made our group of 4 more comfortable and happy! Excellent location. Can walk to beach, restaurants, shopping. Staff was great. Housekeeping did a good job but came late in the day when we were trying to get ready for dinner which keeps me from giving this hotel a perfect close. Overall I highly recommend!! Would stay again.

Great South beach trip We booked our stay through Hotels.com getting a fantastic rate. I found the breakdown of charges to be accurate. Metropole South Beach was the perfect choice for our overnight stay in South Beach. This amazing boutique hotel is located right on Collins Avenue in the center of the Art Deco District and one block from Ocean Drive. We visit annually to Miami for a business convention with the team. However this year, we decided to stay an extra day to hang at the beach and discovered this hotel. The staff were very nice however in the end, the issue arised when our flight was cancelled and had to stay an extra night. Due to no live inventory. I was advised to make a booking online by front desk staff at 2am. There was an error in booking and it by default booked the hotel room the following day.
