Becky, the desk staff couldn’t have been nicer or more helpful. Location is convenient to beach, Ocean Drive, Lincoln shopping area, dining or whatever. Cozy courtyard with small pool but nicely done with comfy chairs and lounges.
Served its purpose The bed in my room was broke and the linen was stained. The tvs are damaged looks as if liquids were spilled or thrown on them. My fiance had to request for a clock radio that should have been in our room to be sent to our room. Tv channels are very limited. There is a happy hour 2 blocks away at another South Beach Group Hotel.
Fabulous The staff was amazing, Metropole will be my go to Hotel when in Miami.
Great apartments in Miami Beach Great location, apartments are super clean, tastefully decorated, and with fully equiped kitchen. Staff very friendly too. Would definitely stay there again! The pool is a bit on the small side but who needs a pool when you're so close to the beach! Highly recommended!
