Super Metropole The hotel is conveniently located and the staff are exceptional. The room was clean and very comfortable. The outside lounge is superb to relax. I will recommend the Metropole in my sleep.

close to the beach and nightlife We enjoyed our stay very much. The staff was very helpful and always assisted us in a timely manner when we requested items or help. The room was very spacious.
Housekeeping needs some improvement Overall our stay was nice . The employees were really nice but our room was not that clean. They could’ve done a better job when they came in to clean it.
Enjoyed the suite life in South Beach! We stayed 3 nights in January. I was pleasantly surprised by the amount of space and overall modern design of the suite. There was an issue with getting hot water in the shower and sinks. I contacted front desk about hot water issue and it was not resolved before our departure. Overall housekeeping seemed ok except it was clear that the base of toilet had not been properly cleaned between guests check in/out. Séjour agréable... Séjour de six nuits dans un petit hôtel sympathique à la hauteur de la septième. Proche des commodités mais pas trop près des animations bruyantes d'Ocean Drive. L'hôtel n'a pas vraiment de piscine mais il reste qu'il est à quelques pas de la plage. Notre séjour fut tranquille mais il se peut qu'a certain moments de l'année, il y ait de la construction près de l’hôtel. La cuisinette est pratique pour faire ses déjeuner mais ça se limite à ça.
Great location Pool is TINY. Staff was too busy and stressed out. Great location and great room. Used a pkg garage for $20 a night to avoid valet costs
Very close to everything and beach Big room for price only thing is room loud because it’s on a busy street. If older or want a good night sleep request room facing back of hotel
