Receptionist terrible Jason, from reception has cero attitude for customer service. I believe he is damaging image of hotel. Rest is ok.

Clean but wouldn't stay again Hotel staff on arrival- very patronising and no hot water for a shower after a 13 hour flight. Reception called room to wake us up At 9am for a hotel shuttle (we where not going to the airport) Again no hot water for a shower in the morning. Clean and close to amenities but would not stay again

Nice Apartment Hotel One Block From The Beach I had a great experience here at the Metropole. Me and the Wife had came down for a week we loved that your sister hotel Whitelaw had Happy Hour every day. The room was nice and comfortable, one block from the Beach and Shopping where we did not rent a car cause every thing was in walking Distance even the Dinning options where near by to walk to and had a full Kitchen in the Apartment where me and my wife would either cook breakfast or Dinner with out a problem.

Great location The hotel looks like it needs a deep cleaning. There were stains on the walls and ceilings. The toilet kept running all day and night. The bathrooms are gross and extremely small. Parking is a nightmare $20-$40 a day. The best thing to do is park In the parking deck across the street. over night and do things around the hotel during the morning- afternoon and then leave in your car and don't come back to the parking garage till after 9pm. Metropole weekend getaway!!! Overall it was cool, only issue I had was the television. Basic cable but only a good 20 channels. No sports channels at all. I know they say you only need a room on south beach to sleep, but the tv is important as well. Also I met some people who had toilet issues just like I did. The flush is not powerful at all.

The staff were super nice and polite I think the best part of visiting Miami was where we were staying at which was the metropole hotel. Eveytime we walked in and out they saluted us. They also made sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. The room we stayed at was amazingly comfy and clean. On my next trip I am definitely staying at this hotel.
