Great spot! Highly recommended! The staff was excellent! We relocated here from another property in the area. Hotels.com (Ann in customer service) was extremely helpful in making this transition happen quickly. Jason (front desk at Metropole) was super friendly and accommodating, as was the general manager. The hotel is beautiful and in a great location. If you use vallet parking, make sure you call them at least 45 minutes before you need your car.

Comfortable room and pleasant staff. Hotel located right around the corner from Ocean Drive and walking distance from the bench.

South Beach Gem. The resort was exactly as described, and was in a great location. it was older but, well maintained.

Great for your money Great Location, walking distance to everything. Beautiful clean rooms, and really nice staff. The only reason why I am giving this 3 stars is because the day we arrived the elevator was broken and no assistance was offered with our luggage, we had to walk to the third floor with a 50 pound luggage. Also our room was all the way in the back where they were doing construction on other buildings waking us up as early as 7am every morning.
