Went there for Valentine's Dinner with my wife and son. Finding parking was a bit tough, even with the parking lot behind the restaurant. We were seated promptly. Our server was nice and friendly. We were seated at a booth, which was spacious. Unfortunately, the back of the benches seemed like there was nothing really separating you from the people behind you. Our Valentines was extra special this year. I did a search on open table and picked The Metropolitan at random. We certainly weren't sorry! The food was excellent, atmosphere was intimate and trendy and wonderful device. We'll be back!
Everything there was exceptional as always. Our waiter Matthew was amazing, this was our third time there and we asked for him. We went for an early Valentine's Day dinner and the food was phenomenal. The dessert was not as tasty as we hoped but we did take it home because we were so full from the delicious food so it might've been it didn't travel well. We plan on going back there again soon.

Excellent atmosphere, great food. Good service. A little pricey but worth every penny.
Met some of my cousins there for a nice get together. As always food was excellent. Sushi for appetizers and then tried the double cooked Cuban steak. Very tender and well seasoned. Everyone was pleased with their meals and left satisfied. Always a pleasure to dine here.
Amazing just like always . Been here many times nothing but good service drinks and food. Strongly recommend for everyone that is visiting Freehold area
