I had the absolute best experience with Dr. Joyce Lee and her team, specifically Lauren. I felt prepared before with clear instructions prior to surgery. I have an extreme phobia of needles and they handled me professionally all the while comforting and hugging me. I’m currently on the first day of recovery and I feel great! Dr Lee is wonderful. Terrific! My procedure was flawless. She is a pleasure to interact with as is her assistants. Her office staff (particularly the billing clerk) is something to be desired. Every single one of them... not the sharpest tools in the shed. The billing clerk can't submit a claim correctly to save her life nor can she get any calculations correct the first time. Dr. Natalie Smith and her all female crew cared for me exceptionally well before, during and after my wisdom teeth surgery. She is truly an expert and has relieved me of my painful situation. Her and her team also looked after my partner and my sibling who accompanied me to my surgery who weren’t the strongest at heart for these situations. I’m writing this review about four days after I had a lower molar extracted by Dr. Smith. The molar had cracked and become very painful. The doc did a tremendous job. There’s no longer any pain, and Dr. Smith gave me a great deal of confidence in the long-term plan, which will be to eventually install an artificial replacement. I think the price was very reasonable as well. A successful oral surgery!
I went in to get 4 wisdom teeth and 2 premolars removed. The process was soooo easy. I really can’t remember much as I was sedated. Afterwards I felt zero pain and only had to take my prescription for 3 days before I didn’t need them more. Dr. Lee and staff were amazing. 100% recommend.
