Nice place, great food
I wanted to reach out to you guys to let you know about a problem with our online order that we placed on the 4th of February. I ordered a wrap and my girlfriend/ ordered a bowl. Everything seemed alright but when we got home we realized she didn’t receive the falafel she ordered for her bowl. Tried mezeh for the first time this evening. Nesha and Tee were very helpful and cordial. They explained the options and maintained a positive attitude while doing so. My husband and I will definitely return. A nice departure from Cava. Tasty as well. Everything looked fresh.
I was ecstatic to find out that a Mezeh was comin to Severna Park, MD, so you can imagine how excited I was to eat there yesterday! I was so disappointed and I felt like this location was a bootleg Mezeh when I found out that this location would not carry cauliflower rice NOR classic hummus!. Hello I placed my first order with mezeh yesterday online for pick up. I was VERY disappointed. Not only was the order missing ingredients it lacked the ingredients that were even in the order. Both bowls were missing ingredients and the quality of the food was very disappointing. I don’t think I will ever order again. Not to mention the food was cold my bag the food was in was breaking. Very disappointing in my first time at mezeh.
Wasn’t ready at time, hadn’t even started. Left without the side of chips or would have had to wait longer
I got lunch on Oct 2 at Mezze Ballston and the meat looked cold and dry behind the counter. The server assured me it was hot. When I went home in 5 mins across the street, it was cold and chewy. I went back to the ballston store and told them and the person at the counter said it was the cold toppings. I have eaten here many times before snd not faced the issue that topics made the meat cold, hard and chewy. Due to concern over bacteria, I didn’t eat the meal.
My order was missing multiple things there’s no chickpeas or cauliflower rice and the amount of kale was ridiculously small.
Very incompetent staff been here waiting on grubhub or for 30mins then I ask about it and they Neva started to make it
