I ordered lamb and paid extra and instead received the falafel. Mostly frustrated because we paid extra and it was not what we were expecting and didn’t notice until we returned home with our pickup order. I tried to contact the store but nobody answered when I tried to call.

Hello. I just purchased a bowl from Mezeh in Ballston, VA. And a majority of the chicken in this bowl is uncooked.I wonder how many people will now get sick. I’m going to go back to the store and show them and see what they say, but there needs to be some QA to avoid this in the future. I come here for lunch a lot and this is definitely a first. The first issue was that the food was supposed to be ready at 1:28 pm. It wasn't ready until almost 1:45 pm. Secondly, the person who prepared the dishes was rude, she was rude about me asking if the food was ready and rude when the food was done. I arrived at approx. 1:25 and waited patiently for at least 5 minutes before being asked what i was waiting for. I have been Mezeh customer for more than 5 years. I am a regular customer. But today I really had an issue with food service today at ballston , Arlington, VA location . I have ordered for pita pocket wrap and the way it was given to me was in uneatable condition. I couldn’t even eat it and have to throw.  The bread was completely torn and I dint knew how a person could eat that .

I am very disappointed in the quality of the lamb today.  Please see the large piece of fat that was in my bowl.  I told them when making it the lamb was extremely fatty but no one wanted to listen.   This is absolutely disqusting.

I placed my first ever Mezeh order for the Ballston location last night. It was supposed to be ready at 7. I get there and there is no sign of it and there are 3 other people waiting for their pickup orders. I didn’t get mine until I asked for it and that is when they started to make it. I didn’t leave until 7:15. Additionally one of the staff members was not wearing a mask. I am very upset and disappointed. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

We are frequent visitor and the quality of food this time was very frustrating.  The lamb was extremely fatty and the kale was brown.  We had to throw most of the bowl away.

This happened at 11:50 am on 2/20/21. I had a bad experience. The head cashier ( that had on grey T-shirt) refused to get the manager and to see if they had any spoons. I’ve gotten my utensils to eat before with no problems. I had to return to work so I couldn’t stay and demand to see her/him. She need training on Customer service. Thank you for your time and attention to this concern.

I placed a delivery order this evening from the Ballston Quarter Mezeh, and my bowl arrived without chicken and doused in vinegar. The recipt is correct (it clearly lists chicken shawarma), but there was no chicken in the bowl.
