I wanted to let you know that the order was missing pita and pita chips. There were a few tortillas added to the order but that was NOT what I order from Mezeh. Everything was good but I had to warm up bread for the company I had!!!!! Were you out of pita? I wish I was contacted so I would have bought some.
Hi, I just grabbed food at the Springfield mall location. It’s supposed to be unlimited toppings, but I was limited to only 12 toppings. So I couldn’t get everything I wanted...
Ordered extra chicken but was not included. Had incorrect toppings in one of the bowls.
I’m not sure that I received rewards and the app was a little difficult to use to pay. Instead of choosing ‘pay/get rewards’, I had to select credit card. Jose Q at the local store was really nice and tried to help me and said he could help me get rewards so I’m trying and giving app feedback.

I went to the fair oaks location to order 2 bowls. I asked for the dressings on the side. The employee did not put the dressings in the bag and I called when I got home and told them that they forgot the dressings and all she asked if I was still in the mall, I replied no, I’m home now, and all she said was “oh…I’m sorry” and was quiet after that. I got food from mezeh today. The lady gave me a little portion of meat, I didn't want to ask for more to save me the trouble. But my meats turn out to be Under cook.
This food today was totally wrong. One pita even though it was two bowls, no sauces. The bowl that had chicken barely had any rice, no pita croutons and the chicken was barely inexistent. The bowl that had the steak barely has rice, two o three pieces of steak “extra charge” and couscous was barely there and the Lebanese tabbouleh was missing. Horrible experience to go.
Unfortunately, I used the credit at Mezeh in Fair Oaks on sunday and it turned out worse than the first time. The lamb meat balls tasted bad like they were old and very dry. I get them most of the time so I know how they should taste. I had to spit them out and just eat the veggies. Another disappointing experience but the staff was friendly atleast. I am attaching the meat balls throwin to the bag.
