I found a piece of black plastic in the vegetarian bowl today had to throw it away. It’s disgusting  , we always loved the Mezeh food and never had this experience.

hi, i tried mezeh for the first time today. i ordered to go/pickup - chicken kabob bowl with tropical drink. i was impressed with the amount and taste of the food; however, i was disappointed with chicken kebab. it was still raw in the middle. outside looked fine but middle was really pink. i was not able to contact the location as it was really far from where i reside. my husband was in the area that time so i asked him to pick up my order. i did not take the picture too. i decided to just microwave it, and that's how i was... read more

This is getting out of hand . What’s the point of making notes , if YOUR STAFF ISN’T GOING TO READ THEM?? No extra rice and IM also missing the standard order or protein

2 out of the 3 bowls had issues. My little boy woke up feeling sick and the last thing in his system was Mezeh. For some reason my bowl was OVERLY spice I could not finish it at all. This is not our first time here and we continue to come. But I am asking for a refund for this bad experience and hopefully in the future my experiences become better!!

I met one of the partners several weeks ago and he mentioned the Mezeh I frequent is a training restaurant. I just wanted to let you know that the temperature of the food is inconsistent when I go. Lately, the eggplant and roasted vegetables are ice cold, the protein (chicken kebab or shawarma) is always lukewarm, and the eggplant has been greenish black in color the past two times I visited the restaurant which is unsightly and causes me not to eat it. I have been a long time Mezeh customer and love your food. I go there very often but had a very unfortunate incident recently. I am a vegetarian and go to Mezeh because there are plenty of options to cater to my dietary restrictions. However, this recent week I went to Mezeh and bought 3 bowls to go. I had gotten more than half way through yesterday and found a piece of chicken that I accidentally ate in 2 of those bowls.
