Hello Customer Service, I'm just frustrated, because whenever I decide to go and visit the Capital Heights, MD location, they seem to never have any crunchy chips to complete my order. Doesn't matter what time of the of the day I go visit, its never available. I hate the idea that I have to go to another location just to get what I love to eat. Extremely disappointed. There was a delay in preparing my online order but that's ok I understand sometimes it's busy. Just drove home and opened the food to notice they did not provide both the sauces I included in my order. So hungry and it's hard to eat without sauce. This is a plain oversight and not acceptable.

Good afternoon, I’m writing this email to share my, unfortunately, negative experience at the store. I placed an order online and I was aware that I came a little early than the estimated time, but when I walked into the store, the store was pretty empty. I informed the employees that I was picking up an online order, but they seemed to keep putting online orders to the side when walk-in customers come. It’s a small issue and I don’t mean to complain, but we’re regulars at doing an almost weekly Mezeh pickup and we were so disappointed last time around when we got home and found we were missing one order of Falafel balls - we had ordered 2 but only one was included with our pickup order.  I should have checked before I left the store, but didn’t....

My order wasn’t ready until 15 minutes after the stated time. There wasn’t any steak in my meal (which I paid extra for) and it was also missing the tahini sauce.

Today I ordered a pita wrap for pick up from Mezeh at Fair Oaks Mall scheduled for 1:30pm using the Mezeh App. I ordered the pita pocket with the following toppings: Spicy Pickled Carrots w/ Cauliflower: , Sun-dried Tomato Salad: , Sumac Cucumbers: , Lemon-Mint Carrots: , Pickled Onions: , Pickled Turnips: , Pickled Beets: , Crumbled Feta: , Lebanese Tabbouleh: , Spicy Hummus: , Turkish Salad.
