Hello there:) I just wanted to shoot a message saying that I placed a pick up order today & selected to have tzatziki sauce on my bowl. They very sadly forgot to put the sauce on my bowl/didnt put any in a side container inside the bag. In my pickup order today, the pickled onion -my very favorite part tasted off. Very bitter and not the usual. I was so excited because they gave me a nice big portion but instead sadly it made that lasting bitter taste throughout everything. Luckily so only ordered a small kid’s bowl today so less of a loss. Anyway I had already left the restaurant so couldn’t talk to anyone directly.

I had lunch at Mezeh up in Midlothian, VA yesterday. It was my first time. You guys HAVE to open a location in Williamsburg, VA. It would do so well, especially in New Town or near the target on Monticello. It was really good. My girlfriend wants to drive the one hour trip just to have it again.

First, thank you so much for bringing Mezeh to Midlothian! We love your food and are so happy that it's close to our home now. We went yesterday for the first time. The food was great, and so was the service. I just wanted to point out one thing. The pitas appeared to be a little undercooked. I normally order a bowl, and get extra pitas. Then I stuff the pita with the stuff from my bowl. Yesterday, I couldn't "open" the pitas because they appeared to be a little undercooked. The mezeh in midlothian va is terrible. We have tried numerous times and nothing but issues. Last night they had our 1 to go order in 3 separate bags so we missed two of them! We tried calling to find out where the rest of the food was and no one answered after 5 calls. Once we went back to get it all, the portions were HALF of what they normally are, including sauces. This location is ridiculous with service.

On 3 of my 5 visits here, the pieces of pita bread that are included with a bowl have not been fully cooked -- raw dough in the middle. It seems to be a consistent problem and just wanted to bring that to your attention. Thanks, Jason (BTW, I've eaten at Cava well over 100 times and just recently discovered Mezeh and am loving some of your flavors & the staff have been great too.)

My husband and I dined at your restaurant labor day for your special and I am not satisfied with the way our 'problem' was resolved First, you were out of eggplant which is my favorite toppling. Next, my food tasted like curry or some very strong spice that made it unpleasant. I got the chicken kebab like I always get, with the same toppings. DI ordered a kids bowl and one of my toppings that I selected was pickled onions. When I got my order, it was a mound of raw red onion instead. I would've selected something else if I knew that I wouldn't get pickled onions. This is not the flavor experience that I purchased.l
