This was my very first time trying the food and I was very unhappy. I ordered online and picked it up only to get home and realize there was no meat even though I picked a type of meat I wanted. I didn’t get half the topping I picked and the chickpeas were hard like they are days old. I would like a full refund or something.
I ordered from app to your new store at 11311 Midlothian Turnpike in Richmond, VA. I picked up my order, drove home, and discovered that my order was missing chicken shawarma and my husband's was missing crunchy chickpeas. We verified that both items were on our receipt and this was not an ordering error by us. He decided he could do without the chickpeas so I drove to store with my bowl and receipt to request the chicken. They remade my bowl based on the receipt and gave it to me with no apology.
