Placed a mobile order and was given a 7:17 pickup time. I am now almost 30 minutes late and watching the staff prep walk in orders while mine has not been started. I had limited time for dinner and now that window is shot. Staff is complaining they are under staffed and while that may be unavoidable I don’t get the point of order ahead if I go to the back of the every time some walks in.
I ordered food today at the Midlothian store using the app. I asked for chicken on the side. The chicken was mixed into the bowl.
Hi, today was the SECOND time in four days we’ve ordered with the Mezeh app and didn’t get the veggie kefta, but instead got falafel. The attached receipt shows kefta was ordered both times. The first time (on 6/26), I thought it was just an accident, but it happened again tonight (6/30). This is extremely frustrating as I don’t like the felafel. I got lunch today at 11:20am and it was a pick up order. When I got to sit down at work and eat it was COLD. I don’t have access to a microwave so that was a bummer. Food went in trash.
...today I ordered my food and got home to realize that my sauces were left out. I’m extremely disappointed with my experience today.
There was long pieces of hair in my food! I threw it in the trash and disgusting!
My elderly father in law was nice enough to buy us Mezeh using online ordering. The only problem was he had to wait for an hour past the time it was suppose to be ready. We actually drove to the Mezeh to see if his car was broke down somewhere. When we arrived at Mezeh Midlothian we found him waiting for our order. The restaurant wasn't even busy. I ordered food from the Midlothian, VA store on Friday March 5, 2021 for delivery. Upon completion of the order I was given an estimated delivery time of one hour after I ordered (which is on the high side, but I was willing to accept that). At almost 9:00 (over 30 minutes from the estimate), I called the restaurant because I had not gotten my food. Hello I am contacting you because I just hung up with one of your employees (Gabe). On 2/25 I placed my first order at the new Midlothian location. When I got home, the chicken was missing. Today I ordered and my daughter had chicken missing. Is it the crew this time of day? It especially upsets me, being a supervisor of customer support reps. I don’t care about getting another bowl, but when I order and leave a 20% tip each time I should get what I order.
