1 bowl was missing the shreded lamb, both bowls came without any of sauces and were very dry. other ingredients thoughout were missing.shame to be charged extra for something that was not included as the lamb was extra.
I was. Giving my pita chips, the service wasn’t as good as other locations dry disappointed.
I just pick up 2 orders from the National Harbor location. When I went first time they forgot to give me my drink and I had to go back in. When I got home they did not put dressing in one of my orders and for to put the red cabbage slaw on my bowl. I normally love Mezeh but it’s not tasty without dressing it was disappointing.
Staying in the harbor for a short time and this has been my go to place! I just love that they have such a great selection of fresh flavors and delicious textures to throw in a incredibly satisfying bowl or perfectly chewy wrap. Been there a couple times already and I know Ill be back before I leave. Great, friendly staff also! Highly recommended! Also, you should consider opening a location in pittsburgh, I think it would do well with the diversity of tastes in the city! Thanks again for the great food and experience!
My order was missing the Coca Cola, along side with some items from the bowl. I didn’t receive any crumbled feta, spicy feta dip, pita croutons, harissa sauce. I was very upset and had to eat a bowl that wasn’t my complete order.
I have been extremely treated bad by your staff at national harbor location today 10/11 @ 820pm time. She was rude and disrespectful. She was being racist too.
I went into the National Harbor Mezze to place an order for my family. I faced the worst customer service I ever have at a Mezze and was quiet surprised as this is my regular Mezze that I go to since it’s the closest to me. The lady was absolutely rude, ignoring what I was telling her to put in my bowl, had facial expressions as there were some difference of topping I needed to put in each bowl per the person request. I came to eat with my small daughter and when I was going to pay for my order, I was Informed that the computer was not working, I waited for aprox 40 min while the one of the employees was trying to reset the computer . After many attempts the system was down stil and I was informed that I had to pay in cash. Unfortunately I did not have any cash with me. My meat was raw completely raw I called spoke to manager to make aware that I would be bringing my bowl back after work upon arrival they looked at my reciept started talking in Spanish and no one re-made my bowl very rude and the manager as well as they called her on the phone I felt racism and I come there a lot. I called the corporate number left messages and still no call back
