Hello, I ordered a family pack today at the National Harbor location, 144 National Plaza, MD 20745. When I picked up and came back home, and opened the bag the order was incomplete. There were only partial toppings and no pitta breads included.

The food is absolutely delicious, however you get absolutely nothing. The portions are ridiculously small, I mean barely covering the bowl small.Tonight I ordered lamb, there was maybe one full scoop of lamb left, and instead of her just giving me what was left, she pinched the tongs & dropped a little in the bowl. Not even enough to cover the little bit of rice she gave me. Is this something that their trained to do?

It makes absolutely no sense to me that I ordered bottled drinks and received canned items. In total I paid $5 for 2 canned drinks and had I been told they were CANS in would have never purchased. I am ordering for my Aunt and Uncle and they DO NOT drink from cans. This is the ENTRIE PURPOSE of me ordering bottled drinks. It is also disappointing that when I called the location to understand why the simply told me they ran out and they are the same price. We ordered two bowls for delivery, both were supposed to have spicy mango dressing. We didn't realize any dressing. This has happened multiple times and is very frustrating because the bowls need dressing or they are dry

I ordered four (4) chicken kabob bowls on July 5 at Mezeh-National Harbor. They were all extremely small (see picture of one bowl, attached). I was also surprised with how rude the employees were. I'm a regular customer and never had any complaints before, but the employee making my bowl was more interested in speaking with her coworker than helping me, and the cashier purposely did not add the July 4 discount until I told him to do so. Overall I was really disappointed with my experience.

Monday evening my wife and I ordered two bowls. One with lamb kefta & the other mixed with lamb kefta, shredded lamb and chicken kebab. The issue with the food was, the lamb tasted spoiled and it upset both our stomachs. We didn’t finish our meal and returned it for a full refund the very next day. This isn’t the normal process when buying and receiving spoiled food, however I would like a refund for this order.

Good evening, I am emailing today regarding my disappointing experience at Mezeh. I would like to mention I am not one to email and complain - but to be honest I have quite simply had enough of the disorganization and poor staffing that I have experienced at the Mezeh National Harbor location. Hello. I just picked up an order at the National harbor. I understand there is a labor shortage however when i got home the tzatziki sauce was not on the bag. The food is a bit dry without it. I ended up putting chick fil a ranch sauce. This is not the first issue I’ve had with an online order. Once I got home and the order was completely wrong. He told me to come back and pick it up.
