I just left your National Harbor location after the worst "Customer Service" experience I've had at the Harbor in years with one of your "managers" Katy. I come to Mezeh for the unlimited toppings, today I was getting a bowl and asked Katy to please place the toppings in side containers, she told me no. We just ordered a to go order through the app. My boyfriend's meal was great but mine had chicken instead of shredded lamb. This posed a problem for me because I don't like the quality of chicken (and don't order it), I paid extra for shredded lamb and didn't get it and we couldn't trade meals (since my boyfriend had purposely ordered chicken) meaning I had to waste the meat and also didn't get a protein with my meal.
My food was cold and disgusting.. I’m truly upset because I tried this location vs my normal location in PG and the customer service wasn’t good.
I have been a loyal customer of Mezeh for nearly two years, since my family purchased a home in National Harbor. I have visited 2-4 times weekly for the last 2 years, often bringing along friends and family to patron your establishment.
