I just received my online order from the app and you can see from the picture I clearly ordered a bowl and received a burrito. I ordered from the Reynolds Crossing in Henrico, VA.
They again forgot all the tahini and hummus. We got three Dry bowls. And we asked for half falafel half Kafka, and got charged for the veggie Kafka. Also, they were all over cooked and dry. They were very small also, half the size of the falafel we had the first time The falafel was also much darker and over fried, they were dark dark brown instead of what it was the last time. We also got no roasted veggies
I placed an order for delivery on 03/20 around 8:30pm and I didn’t receive my order. I tried to call the store around 9:45 to figure out where my food was and the person hung up on me after a miscommunication. The store did not pick up my call when I called about 10 times after that. I want to make sure my order is cancelled and that I am not charged for it. I am frustrated by the ordering system, please figure a way to let your customer know if the orders are not going to be delivered.
I ordered the steak shawarma and actually received chicken in our family meal tonight. I did not realize until I brought it home. The steak was important and that I why I was willing to do the up charge. Please advise.
I ordered a bowl in store from this location today (02/06/2021) and while the staff was extremely kind and efficient, I was unable to fully enjoy my meal after finding two hairs in my food. They was too short, light, and thin to be mine or my partners hair (see attached image). I understand it doesn’t make the food inedible but it is unappetizing and concerning to understand a staff member may not have been taking the necessary sanitary precautions, especially during times like these. Hi. The order below was missing the extra protein in the second bowl. Also I was not providing the right sauces (for all the orders) or given alternate sauces if they were out (although It was an online order the staff knew which order I was waiting for). Tonight I placed an order at the Reynolds Crossing location and I got home and realized there were items missing from my order. This is the THIRD time this has happened. I ordered two bowls each with dipping sauces and there was no dipping sauce included with my order. I also placed a market place order for 12oz of harissa and some spicy hummus.
