I visited the Forest ave Richmond location and got 3 bowls between myself and my sisters. We each got the sliced eggplant and all of ours were very burnt/completely black. One of my sisters had to throw most of her bowl away because she mixed it into her bowl before realizing how burnt/charred and bitter it was.

I would like to be contacted to discuss an Incident that just occurred on 11/23. Rude Hispanic worker argued with me about putting gloves on at the cash register when handling my sauce cups and food / container. Witnessed him ringing up customers, handling money, picking at his mask - ALL. BARE HANDED. I’ve been a repeat customer for many months. I spend A LOT of money at the Reynolds Crossing location and REFUSE TO SUBJECT MYSELF TO THIS TYPE OF RUDE INTERACTION!! He should not work with customers if he cannot be sanitary!!
I ordered today from Reynolds Crossing in Richmond VA, and asked for extra brown rice and instead they gave me extra arugula lettuce and no rice. Your app is very glitchy and chaotic, I couldn't leave any feedback for the store through it- and can't seem to get through to them on the phone. I went to Mezah for the first time a few months ago and had a delish meal with my husband. I just left that restaurant without placing an order. I was the second person in line when I got there.no one greeted me or the other 2 people that entered behind me. There was 1 person making salads. I used the order ahead app, and arrived when my order was to be ready, 1204. By 1220, my order still Hadn’t been prepared. I then asked the cashier if my order was coming out. She responded with, “you’re gonna have to give me a minute” a few minutes later, she requested the name on my order. Eventually at 1235 my order came out. No explanation nor apology for the delay. Also, my order was not correct. Pretty bad experience, as I could have saved time and received a correct order if I had just gotten in line.
