Smooth operator Seems to be a great machine. Though it has a smallish paper tray, it prints fast and quietly. The wi-fi connection drops occasionally and I have to reboot to reinstate it, but that's probably more on my system than the printer.
Great Features; easy to use. I LOVE my Brother Printer; it does everything I need it to do.

Great features ! I have had Brother printers in the past.Brother makes a great product. This model is the most simple to operate. It took me a few minutes to figure out the scanner but now that I know how it works I am one happy camper ! So glad I bought it.
Love the Ink Tank I love that I have not had to buy ink since I installed this unit. It's so frustrating having to stop and purchase cartridges or reprint jobs because of skimpy ink. This unit has a monitor to allow you to order and install before getting in ferior quality copies.

Great design fast and not black. Yea. My old printer was near pre wifi and six years old. I researched all and read Consumers Reports. The printer person at Staples said Brother has the best Customer Service and screen. It sure does. It is big but has all the features and is so fast. I use it for a home office so use a cable to my laptop. Wifi can be a problem here. This model used very large ink cartridges which is a very good compromise between small cartridges and the tanks.
