    Where is the ink? Where is the ink? The box states that it has one years worth of ink {"inside" and all that was there was the intital order, no coupon, nothing....

    Not impressed. Front paper tray is difficult to close. I can't figure out how to use the rear paper tray. Even though this is new, I'm going to throw it away after I run out of ink.

    Very deceived by durability Not quite two years of light use and print heads are not working right. I have tried multiple head cleaning cycle without success.

    Terrible Not compatible with windows 11 and even has problems with windows 10. Impossible to get support from Brother

    Horrific waste of money Tried to make this work for three years now, mostly to justify to my wife spending this much money on an inkjet. It won't do anything that I need it to do, although it's supposed to be able to. Tried to print ledger double-sided, sucks the paper in one way and pops the back panel out ejecting the paper and giving me a paper jam. Card stock will simply not feed from the paper tray, and from the manual feed tray just tells me to clean the rollers, and no support online for how to do that. Does at most f... read more

    CANNOT TALK TO COMPUTER CAN'T ATTACH SCAN COPY TO EMAIL. USE MEMORY STICK. NEW COMPUTER. LOADED DISC. CRAP. GENERIC INK. CAN NO LONGER GET GOOD PRINT. BROTHER CAN'T TALK AND CAN'T PRINT. THROWING THE PRINTER AWAY.

    I waste allot of paper!!! It's disappointing to have spent so much money on this machine and everytime I use it the paper jams...without fail!

    prints good Had a few weeks and was using wifi to print and then it wouldn't work so I had to hard wire it so it would work. And there is nothing wrong with my wifi. It is still under warrant, but I didn't want to talk to somebody that I couldn't understand. And I don't have the orginal box it came in. Chances are you wouldn't replace it and way. Had the computer guy out to take a look and he thinks the wifi chip went bad.

    Printer is a Lemon Printer will not remain online with Windows 10 machines. I gave up on wi-fi and switched to wired connection, but still have issues. It is a frustrating effort to get anything to print or scan. Worst printer I have ever owned.
