Disappointed Returned this because you can't make double sided copies from the ADF.
MFC-J6545DW PROBLEM Printer had issues since the beginning. I have to clean the nozzles every day to be able to print color. I even bought new set of color and the problem was not resolved. I talked to tech support once( REF # 200916-000770) who did a series of test, and who assured me it will be ok. Same issue came up after two days, ever since trying to call its been hectic. Brother INKVestment MFC-J6545DW USB, Wireless, Network Ready Color Inkjet All-In-One Printer Was very disappointed with the software. I bought a large format scanner because I often have to scan various odd items that are in the 11x14 or larger range. The software offers no cropping features and you cannot enter a specific scan area - you are just stuck with a few specific sizes. This is really ridiculous for printer-scanner in this price category.
Hate ink cartridges, sure wish it used ink from the bottle
brother sucks took a it person 2 hrs and half the cost of the orinter to uninstall the old brother and install new one. brother uninstall program wouldnt work and had to go thru the entire computer to get rid of it. last brother i'm buying.
not comparable to previous version Two critical areas it falls short on: 1) only one paper tray, printing a mixture of letter and tabloid is a unneeded hassle. 2) difficultly to print double sided copies, easier on previous version.
Horrible machine. I have been using printers since they first hit the office and this is truly a piece of garbage. I am so disappointed. The most cumbersome software and menus imaginable.
It prints Overall I bought the printer to print 11x17 and if you are looking to print a 11x17 from your phone it’s not possible. You have to go into brother website to set it up in your computer and then every time you want to print a 11x17 you have to go into the print setting and change the settings. Also if you don’t watch the paper come out, it will jam all the paper and now you have curled up prints. Over all it works for now
