Great color printer for a reasonable price, and prints double-sided. I love that this color printer uses the ink tank cartridges - I think it will really help to keep costs down when it's time to replace them. It was very easy to set up and connect to wifi. Easy to use, ink is cheaper Nothing
Great Printer Makes high-quality print copies, does not waste ink and it’s easy to set up an install for wireless printing. It’s not quite as fast as I would like, but still an awesome printer. Easy to duplex scan or print.
Home office used Printed good quality can’t beat it
Better than what I had. I've only used it for printing so far, but it definitely seems better than the Epson I had before. It does seem to have a few quirks though. It is slow to print, taking 10-12 seconds for a simple word doc. The printer seems to turn off rather than being in sleep mode, so when I go to print something I'll have to press the power button before it will start printing. This thing shines! My new Brother MFC-J805DW printer arrived today and in about 30 minutes I had it up and running. Wouldn’t have taken that long except that I had to get it online from the downloaded software instead of the CD. No CD drive in my computer. Having to do it that way means using the somewhat klunky LCD screen on the printer, but it all worked fine; my wifi and the printer found each other just fine, and when I tried to access the printer from two other computers in the house, one of them a Linux machine, they a... read more
Decent home printer Replaced my families Canon printer that went to crap far too soon. Printers are the biggest waste of resources in IT. It will be a great day when we don't need one. That said this one was easy to setup and we can print from our iPhones in addition to normal PC based wireless printing. Decent sized ink cartridges should make for less fuss but they are still spends just like all of them. The only downside so far is the low capacity paper tray. Hopefully this one will last a few years!
