So far so good. Seems to work fine. The setup was easy. Not sure why other people had problems. Print quality is ok. Rear feed a little temperamental but works when printing card stock for greeting cards. Wife doesn't think colors are quite as good as Epson printer we replaced but they are acceptable. We will have to see how long the ink cartridges last. Haven't used the scan feature yet but am curious how the software that came with this printer compares to the Epson printer software which I thought was very good. Bought th... read more
Good value for bulk inkjet printer. The Brother's Ink investment printer is a reasonable price printer for most day to day color printing needs. Printing, scanning and copying are all built-in, the printer has wifi to send printing from a tablet or a smartphone, wired printing to a computer. This model is not so good at printing high-quality photo prints from digital cameras. Instead of having to purchase expensive inkjet cartridges the Brothers bulk tank should be pennies per printout. Printing at ease. Such an effective printer. I’m honestly amazed at the price for the bang this thing has. Would be suitable for a small professional office, but it’s currently being used at home for printing business cards and general printing. Very easy to clear a paper jam unlike HP printers. Just stating the truth.
Ink Problem Solved I was sick of spending tons of money for ink cartridges, so I thought I'd get a monochrome printer and Brother has a great reputation, so I decided on a Brother printer. The multi-color large ink tank printer went on sale and caught my eye. The fact that there was one-year's worth of ink in the box sold me. I'm glad I bought it. It was easy to set up and I had no problem connecting it wirelessly to all of my devices. I recommend it!

Good Printer Good printer
Great printer!!!! Being that I just received the printer tonight I can only speak to the set up and the quality of prints. The set up itself was very easy once I understood the instructions. My problem was understanding the terms that they use in relation to my Wi-Fi network. Once I understood what they were talking about it was a snap to connect the printer to my Wi-Fi network and I already printed from my laptop and my iPhone with excellent results.
