Great ink value I purchased the Brother MFC-J805dw after looking for a printer that was a better value on ink cost. This printer cost a little more to begin but appears to be using very little of the ink provided. Being able to print 1500 pages on a single refill makes this printer more economical in the long run. I have only had this printer for 5 days but I have done quite a bit of printing including full page pictures and the ink tanks still look completely full when I pull them out of the printer. Good print quality It’s a little difficult to set up for someone that doesn’t like computers but once it is set up, it is simple to use and prints well. Even tiny print is easy to read.
Easy Installation Had no problem with installation via wireless. Easy setup in less than an hour. Installing the software on PC took the longest. Nice design with the cartridges in front. Inexpensive printer. Wish it has scan and copy duplex. Oh well what more could I ask for with the price. Let's see how long the ink cartridges last.

Very good printer at a very decent price. Very good printer especially for the price. Not going to win any races for its printing speed. It does get the job done and seemingly efficient with the ink ! I've really put it through it's places. Been printing dozens of pages each day. Holding up well so far. By the way, it prints both sides of the page very easily. Nice feature !
Well worth it Better than I expected. Long ink life. Crystal pictures. Acceptable speed. Would buy again.
Great printer!! I bought a brother printer about 12 years ago and it finally died. So I bought this brother and it works better than my old one. The ink is right on. I love this printer.
