Nice looking Printer Works as it should. Easy to set up and range is great.
Works on my command Old school big bulky printer. Prints perfectly on command. Faxes perfect. Menu on front of printer, no having to go to a silly smart app to do anything. Two sided printing. It's a great product so far. I gave up my many decades bromance with HP printers to try a Brother and am glad I did.
Nice printer, Crap Customer Service Wound up being delivered well in advance of original date whic is great. Packed well, no damage. Pain in the proverbial butt to install.............and customer service stunk. So tired of csr's that use a script and god help you if you deviate...........after about four hours, up and running........prints well.
Brother makes linux drivers easy. Great printer. Nice quality. I always buy Brother because of the great Linux support.

Prints excellent but fax problems Print is excellent, but it answers every phone call, old HP unit only answered fax calls. Had to disconnect the phone line to solve the problem. If I want to fax something I reconnect the phone line. The Brother Co. Said to contact the phone company, who blamed the printer.
easy set up So I am not a computer guy at all. AT ALL! I was able to hook this printer up and get it working with no problem. I've only used it a couple of times, but so far....so good.
