Graduate student approved As a graduate student, I did what we do best and extensively researched printers. I didn’t want to have to find another printer years down the line. I previously had an HP printer and it was extremely loud and extremely slow (like printed 8 pages per minute). I was shocked to find that really no printer has all 3 (fast printing speed, holds a good amount of ink, and is a decent price), but this printer came pretty close. Best printer I've ever owned I use this printer for home printing and for some work I do from home. I have had this printer for almost a year. I have only replaced ink one time. This printer is so reliable, so unlike other printers I've had. My last printer constantly just wouldn't work, for whatever reasons. This one stays connected via Wifi, and always prints what I send it to it, unless there is no paper in the drawer. I am knocking on wood as I write this!
Good quality, easy set up This is a great printer in many ways. However, I find if you print something like a color photo, the colors are quite dull compared to the photo. Also, when printing something other than a text document, it is very slow.
Couldn't ask for more for the money. Extremely pleased with this machine. I don't use the wifi function, so can't comment about that. But, as far as my printing needs and cost considerations, it is very good.
