Quality print jobs and cheap ink The ink does not dry up when not in use, the quality of the printing is amazing and it operates fast. Over all a great buy, would buy again howerver it is quality built so I will not have to.

Great printer! I love this printer! I had bought an inkjet from a different company 6 months before, and OMG, every computer in the house kept losing the connection to it. It also burned through ink like water on a hot day. Insanity. So I invested different brands before settling on this one. It is fantastic. The printer software is much more reliable, and the ink lasts the way you expect it to--and I print a lot. I'll never buy the other brand again.
Average printing Good printer, nothing spectacular
Limited lifespan Printer works very well but after less than 2 yrs of use it must be serviced by Av brother technician. Basically it’s easier to buy a new one and junk the old - really flawed design feature.
Great value! This is our first Brother printer. We've spent lots of money on various HP and Epson printers over the years and have experienced frustration with running costs, functionality, and durability. This printer is a great bargain. The cost per print is far lower than its competitors and after 2 months of steady use has worked flawlessly.
Works great and has all the functions listed Works great and has all the functions listed. My rating is middle of the road because it often times says it's got a paper jam and nothing is wrong which is starting to wear on me. We use it in a small office and it sounds rather weak, but we haven't had any problems other than the jamming issue. Having to check is multiple times a day is annoying. We are using regular copy paper. The ink seems to last a while and is a great price. Overall a nice value printer.
Five Stars works great, prints great, love all the ink that comes with it
Very easy to set up Very easy to set up. I like where the cartridges are. You don't have to wait for the cartridges to move to the center. They have their own door. I ordered the one with 2 years worth of cartridges. That means 2 of each color, plus the half empty sample set of cartridges. You can tell they are the sample set because they are much lighter.
