Okay Printer I bought this printer for our small practice. However, when we set it up the drum that came with it was bad. Went online and then called support. Brother did send us a new drum which corrected the problem. The issue now is that we are changing toners about every three weeks. So economically this was certainly not the right printer for us.

Very nice printer I have been using this Brother printer now for several months. I have grown really fond of it. It does a great job of printing, one sided or both sides, it scans well, it copies great. Overall it is my favorite printer so far and I have used a few.
Perfect printer for my home office Quite easy to setup, the wizard was simple and worked first time. Delighted with the speed and quality of print. Time saving double sided scanning and printing. The unit is quite small which nicely fits my home office and operation noise doesn't distract me. The Brother iPrint&Scan App allows me print direct from my Android - winner, winner, winner!
VERY QUIET FITS IN MY SMALL SPACE. EASY TO COPY, PRINT, FAX AND SCAN. EXCELLENT PRINT QUALITY. I DIDN'T HAVE ANY CONNECTION PROBLEMS.
Get rid of the CD and use USB stick for setup . Great machine but the only problem is that it comes with a CD to load programs to laptop. Most laptops don't have CD anymore so this needs to be changed to a usb memory stick instead for a much easier setup. Otherwise very good machine.
Great for starters or as an interim This printer has been a great starting printer for my Notarial business. I am passing it on to my daughter once my dual tray comes in.
I'm glad that I got this printer Item arrived on time as I expected. Wifi connection setup is easy. Many good features to like such as touchscreen LCD, Print from phone, NFC... This is my 1st laser printer so It's very fast to me. Copying, Scanning, Printing work fine. Haven't tried to fax yet, maybe I'll never need it. Yes, I recommend it.
